Follow the instructions below to create an automated workflow using Zapier.
We will create a simple automated workflow to send email reminders for overdue invoices.
Before we get started, the first step is to go to the following Google Sheet

You should see the sample as below

Click on File> Make a copy
This will create a copy in your own Google Drive. Now you are ready to make changes to this file.
Now, change the Customer Email to your own email.
Now you ready to start the automation.
Step 1 : Sign up to Zapier

Navigate to the Zapier Agent page

Step 2: Build an agent
Click + New Agent click the top left corner

Create a custom agent

Copy the following prompt into the "What would you like this agent to do?" section.
Note: Change the email address in the prompt to your email for testing purposes.

4Look for any rows where:5The "Status" column is "Unpaid"6The "Due Date" is before today's date7
8For each overdue invoice, send a polite payment reminder email to the customer using the email address in the "Customer Email" column. Include: 9The customer's first name10The invoice number11The amount owed12The original due date13A payment link from the "Payment Link" column14
15Use a friendly and professional tone. After sending each email, update the "Reminder Sent" column in the spreadsheet with today's date. If no invoices are overdue, do nothing. Send all reminder emails from the YG Cookie Company account: replace_this_with_your_email@gmail.comClick "Start building"
Step 3: Configure Custom Agent
Your Agent has been created. Now, it needs to be completed. You should be able to see your screen similar to the one below:

Click Fix Setup Error

Enter the following information as shown in the image
Google Sheet Account: select from your Google account
Spreadsheet: Let your agent select a value for this field
Worksheet: Let your agent select a value for this field
Row: Let your agent select a value for this field
Drive: Let your agent select a value for this field

Review/Set Trigger,
Schedule by Zaper: Every day
and Set the Time of Day to 8 AM

Confirm tools used by Agent.
Ensure Gmail and Google Sheets are selected.

If Gmail and Google Sheet is not selected, you can manually add them using "Add tools"

Review and then click on Preview

Click Test agent
Click on Test Agent

Review the preview.
Click the Approve button.

Check your email. You should have received an email, eg.

The Agent is now ready to send an Email. View the content and click Approve if there are no issues.
Once approved, the Email address will receive an Email sent by the Agent.

Review All Activity

You will be able to see a list of all the attempted activities by your agent, including the completed and failed activities.
Turn on your agent.
Toggle your agent on, so that it will be triggered automatically at 8 am the next day. You can fine-tune the schedule so that you do not need to wait till the next day.
